We are opened from Monday to Saturdays, from 9.30am to 6.00pm. (Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)

We have a wide range of parts and components for our own range of electric bicycles. Browse through our Parts and Components for compatibly parts for the required ones.

Do you have installment plans?

Currently, the installment plan is only available at our Showroom.

For Credit Card Instalment Plan, it is only applicable to OCBC Credit Cards. Customer can choose between instalment tenure of 6 months or 12 months.

What are the available modes of payment?

Online purchase:

Paypal Checkout – You will be redirected to the paypal payment gateway for checkout. Either Log In to paypal or check out as Guest.

Showroom:

  3. Credit Card (Visa / Master)
  4. 0% Installment plan for OCBC cardmembers for 6 or 12 months installment tenure.

Do you provide parts & components installation services?

Can I fix a throttle on my electric bicycle?

Sorry, we do not do modifications to the electric bicycles. It is against the rules & regulations of Land Transport Authority. It is also a chargeable offence.

I have bought a product from you guys, do you do servicing & maintenance?

Yes, we do provide servicing & maintenance, please call our service centre at 8125 9155 or fill up the contact form.

Is there warranty if my tube punctured?

Warranty does not cover wear & tear components or parts. You can read more about our Warranty terms and conditions here.

How do I charge a lithium battery?

Towing is free under warranty?

Sorry, towing fee is not borne by us at all times. The towing service is provided to customers for convenience. However there will be charges incurred for the towing.
