What is the rules on riding on roads?

Only electric bicycles and bicycles are allowed on the road.

What is the LTA rules on riding on paths?

Keep within the speed limit, dismount and walk your device, switch on front white lights & rear red lights in the dark, offer help and provide particulars when involved in an accident. Do not ride recklessly on paths.

Where can I use the electric bicycles/electric scooters on?

The spaces where you can use your devices.



Only cyclists and PAB riders are allowed to ride on roads. Under the AMA, it is mandatory for cyclists and PAB riders to wear a helmet when riding on roads.

What is the device requirement of the PMDs, PABs, and Bicycles?

The requirements as per LTA for the device requirements of PMDs, PABs and Bicycles.

Please refer to the list of devices that do not meet the recommended device criteria. The list is not exhaustive and should be used for reference only. Members of the public who are looking to buy PMDs should check that the specifications of the device they wish to purchase comply with the recommended device criteria.


What Devices are allowed and not allowed?

What devices are allowed and not allowed on the footpaths, cycling/shared paths and on the road?

LTA has set out a list for the general public on the safe usage of the PMDs (Personal Mobility Devices, includes electric scooter, uniwheel, hoverboards) , PABs (Pedal Assisted Bicycle, also known as Electric Bicycles/Ebikes).

What is the Active Mobility Act?

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said yesterday that it was exercising its powers with immediate effect against those who fail to stop speeding or observe regulations set out in the Active Mobility Act that has kicked in.

Its powers regulate the use of bicycles, PMDs and power-assisted bicycles (PABs) on footpaths, shared cycling paths and roads, as well as their sales.

The new law also sets limits on the size and speed of the devices that can be used on public paths. These cannot weigh more than 20kg each and must have their speeds capped at 25kmh. Those who use devices that flout these rules can be fined up to $5,000 and jailed for up to three months, or both.

Do you have installment plans?

Currently, the installment plan is only available at our Lazada Store.

The Lazada Instalment Payment Plan, or IPP, is a payment program which allows you to pay for your purchases over either a period of 6 or 12 months. The IPP currently supports all credit cards issued by OCBC or DBS banks.

What are the available modes of payment?

Can I fix a throttle on my electric bicycle?

Sorry, we do not do modifications to the electric bicycles. It is against the rules & regulations of Land Transport Authority. It is also a chargeable offence.

I have bought a product from you guys, do you do servicing & maintenance?

Is there warranty if my tube punctured?

Warranty does not cover wear & tear components or parts. You can read more about our Warranty terms and conditions here.

Towing is free under warranty?

Sorry, towing fee is not borne by us at all times. The towing service is provided to customers for convenience. However there will be charges incurred for the towing.
