MKP Bikes Online Sales Policy (With Effect From: 8th September 2018)

1. Definitions

The following definitions in this clause apply in the MKP Bikes Online Sales Policy:

MKP, Our means: MKP Bikes Pte Ltd.

Product means: Electric Bicycles, Electric and Mobility Scooters, Bicycles purchased from MKP.

Good means: In relation to the Product: the motor, the controller, and the battery cell: with the exclusion of ordinary wear and tear of parts or damage to paintwork, or maintenance.

Customer means: The original purchaser of the Product from MKP or an authorized reseller by MKP.

The clauses listed by the Policy below shall govern all purchases from MKP Bikes Pte Ltd. By paying for the Product, the Customer agrees to the MKP Bikes Online Sales Policy:

MKP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. There will be no prior notice given to the Customer.

2. Limited Liability

2.1 MKP will not be held liable for any damage done to any property or injury to the Customer or other persons due to accident, misuse or malfunction of the Product.

2.2 In the event of malfunction due to manufacturing defects, our only responsibility is to restore the Product to its working condition. This is provided it is still within the timeline of the Product’s warranty period and is subject to the limitations of the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

3. Online Sales Orders

3.1 These clauses are only applicable to the Product bought directly from the

3.2. For purchase through other authorized reseller, Customer will need to go back to the same reseller for any matters on sales order.

3.3 Once the order is fully paid for, the Product is not Refundable or Exchangeable for other Products. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect and ensure the Product is in Good condition before paying for the Product.

4. Shipping & Delivery Service

In Singapore, MKP has an operations team that delivers the products to Customers. The following clauses shall dictate the conditions of the delivery service. These clauses only cover the delivery of the product or good from the MKP Showroom.

4.1 Delivery Coverage

MKP does not deliver to airport terminals, offshore islands, Jurong islands, military installations, seaports and construction sites at this moment.

4.2 Delivery Charge

There will be delivery charge levied on each order if a delivery is necessary. Please note that this is for delivery to one location only.

(a) Bicycles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Mobility Scooters – Absorbed

(b) Accessories, Parts & Components – $5

4.3 Delivery Timing

Currently, our delivery is conducted only at the following timings:

Mondays to Fridays 11.30am to 4.00pm

4.4 Local Delivery Lead Time

MKP will deliver the Product to Customer within the next 1 to 3 working days at the place of the delivery requested by Customer in the order.

4.5 Accepting Product Delivery from Showroom

Upon receiving the Product, Customer will be required to sign for delivery. Please note that by signing the delivery note, Customer has accepted that the Product is received in Good condition.

4.6 Unsuccessful Delivery to Customer

If Customer is not available to take delivery, MKP will leave an advice slip giving instructions on re-delivery. Please contact MKP if you do not receive any advice slip.

If the delivery to Customer or collection by Customer is delayed through Customer’s unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if Customer do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

(a) Charge the Customer for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(b) No longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify the Customer that we will cancel the applicable contract with immediate effect, in which case we will refund to the Customer or the Customer’s credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including attempting to deliver and returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause (a) above).


If your order is an electric bicycle, please ensure that you have read the LTA rules and regulations on our website before the purchase. You will be requested to tick the LTA form checkbox, an acknowledgment that you have read and understood the LTA rules and regulations for your specific electric bicycle. An LTA form will be presented upon the delivery of your electric bicycle with which you will have to sign and return to the delivery staff.

Overseas Delivery

We are still developing the logistic network for overseas delivery at this moment. However, you can email us directly at should you have any queries.

Exchange Policy

We do not do refunds for all goods purchased online at this moment. The following are the exchange policy for accessories, electric bicycles and bicycles.

For Accessories

1. Exchange can be done within 7 days from date of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. This is excluding issues on size, colour and design etc.

2. Original receipt and packaging are required for exchange to be done. Accessory to be exchanged must be in unused / brand new state.

3. Exchange will only be for the same item (as in same model and product code).

4. All exchanges will have to be done at our service centre at 48, Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub, #01-104, Singapore (608586). We will not be liable for the cost of transporting the product back to the service centre.

For Bicycles

1. Exchange can only be done within 7 days for manufacturing defect on bicycle frames. This does not include issues on design, colour and paintwork, etc.

2. Original receipt is required for exchange to be done. Bicycle to be exchanged must be in unused / brand new state.

3. Exchange will only be for the same item (as in same model and product code).

4. All exchanges will have to be done at our service centre at 48, Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub, #01-104, Singapore (608586). We will not be liable for the cost of transporting the product back to the service centre.


Each product sold on our website have their specific warranty, which cover certain key components, such as the frame as indicated on the product page. Please note that this warranty does not cover the entire product.

For the components that are under warranty, our service centre will, at our own discretion, repair and replace the components, should they become defective within 6 months from the date of purchase. As our inventories are constantly being replenished, it is possible that a compatible component may be used for repair or replacement if the original component is not in stock, at no additional cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the transportation of the product with the faulty component to and fro the service centre. The waiting time for repairs and servicing takes about 3 to 5 working days (from the date the product is brought in). Please read our Warranty Terms & Conditions for more information.

This warranty does not cover defective components resulting from accident or misuse.

A2B – 1 years warranty on Motor, Controller and Battery

Ferrari Bikes
1 year warranty on bicycle frame

Order Acceptance and/or Confirmation
MKP Bikes Pte Ltd and affiliated companies (collectively “we,” “us” or “our”), may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order online at, an invoice will be generated. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount less administrative charges.

Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping & Delivery policy to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the MKP Bikes Pte Ltd online store. Many events beyond our control can impact the actual delivery of your order once it leaves our facilities and we will not be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
